5 Days 4 Nights Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai Popular Package

After we pick you up at your hotel around 8:00, you will be taken to Doi Suthep, one of the most frequent-visited temples in Chiang Mai. You will want to take a look at traditional architectures and pay respect to any of Lord Buddha statues for your own good fortune. After that, let’s have a lunch break with a buffet lunch.

After the lunch, let’s get to learn about traditional handicrafts at Sankhampaeng Handicraft Village. You will see how these handicrafts are made, step by step. Even better than that, these handicrafts are for sale. You will want to buy some.

Next, let’s take you to pay respect to ‘Phra Singh’, a Chiangsaen-style Lord Buddha statue, at Wat Phra Singh. Then we will get to track the history of Wat Chedi Luang, which was built centuries ago, before bringing you to take photos of the over-700-year-old Wat Chiang Man, the oldest temple in the heart of Chiang Mai.

Then we will finish the day by taking you to eat northern Thai food served up in Khuntoke. This will be your marvellous dinner for sure. After you’re done eating your food, we will take you back to your hotel.

At 8:00 in the morning, we will pick you up, as usual.

Then let’s get to Elephants and Karen House together, to let you learn about long-time impressive stories between elephants and Karen people through elephant introduction, basic medicine making, elephant brushing, elephant bathing, elephant feeding, and playing with elephants. After a while, we will have lunch together at a local restaurant.

Then we will resume our trip by getting to Buatong Sticky Waterfall to let you play in the water, walk around, and take photos.

We will finish our day by taking photos with fluffy tigers at Chiang Mai Tiger Kingdom. The safety there is guarantee, as there will be zoo officers to look after you and the tigers during your photography.

Lastly, you will go back to your hotel and get some rest. Get ready for the next programs tomorrow.

In the morning, you probably want to go up to Doi Inthanon National Park to inhale the sweet air into your lungs, after you’ve smelled polluted air for so long. There, at Doi Inthanon, you will get to step on the highest peak of Thailand, walking under tree shades on the nature trail named Angka Luang, and visit King and Queen pagoda. Everything there is very beautiful. Don’t miss your chance to take some shots. After that, we will have lunch together.

After the lunch, we should take you to a 2-hour hiking trip at Ban Mae Klang Luang. Then you want to get some rest at Wachiratharn Waterfall to sooth yourself from walking for a long distance. Lastly, you will be taken back to your hotel.

Today you will be taken to Chiang Rai. So, get ready. We will pick you up at 7:30, 30 minutes earlier than usual.

We will let you to fresh yourself up at Mae Kachan Hot Spring for the very first thing. Be happy to have a bath in natural hot water full of mineral and boil eggs to eat in the water.

After freshing, we will go to Wat Rong Khun, or the White Temple. This temple was designed by the famous artist Chalermchai. The whole temple looks so sparkling in white color like shiny pearl. Most tourists who step into Chiang Rai won’t want to miss this.

Beside the White Temple, we will go to the Blue Temple too. The Blue Temple is also known as Wat Rong Suea Ten. It’s call ‘blue’ because the interior walls, celings, and the poles of the ubosot is covered in blue color. That’s very beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Some other parts of the temple are covered in blue color too. You must feel kinda exhausted after that. Let’s have a lunch break.

After the lunch, we will go straight to the Black House Museum. This is a kind of architectural museum established by the national artist Thawam Duchanee. The museum is based on the ideas of Lan Chang, Lanna, and Suvarnabhumi art. It consists of several black wooden houses and presents you many valuable and rare art materials. You better get your camera ready.

We will finish our day by visiting long-necked Karen people at Ban Ta Kao Pluak Hill Tribe Village. This village is very peaceful, as it’s located in the middle of nature. You will befriend the villagers, which are nice and gentle ethnic people. You will watch them creating amazing handicrafts and you may buy some for yourself. It’s been a long day for us. Let’s take you back to your hotel after that.

This last day of the trip may not have many places to go, but each place is absolutely memorable and impressive.

At 8:00, get ready, we will pick you up to get to Doi Tung Palace for the very first thing. This is a real palace, not an artificial one created as a tourist attraction. In fact, it was once the first palace of Princess Srinagarindra, the royal mother of King Bhumibol. The place looks beautiful with its Swiss-Lanna style of decoration. There are flower gardens around, which make the palace looks extremely relaxing and cheerful. We can get inside the palace together to take a look of the rooms, but we’re not allowed to take photos.

After a while, we will have lunch and then will have a leisure boat sailing trip at the Golden Triangle, which is the area that connects Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar together. Beside of sailing a boat, we will take a look at beautiful architectures around too.

Lastly, we will get to Singha Park, which is also an extremely popular tourist attraction in Chiangrai. The place is a large farm and surrounded with lovely nature. There are several zones. We can have fun with many activities, for examples, riding in a balloon, take photos, ride a bike, going on a zipline adventure, feeding animals, and lots more.
