How to get there:
Even Mon Jam is surrounded with nature, but it is located quite near the downtown of Chiang Mai. The trip takes only about 40 minutes. You just grab your vehicle, travel along the Highway No.107, Chiang Mai-Fang Line, until you reach Mae Rim District Then turn left at the 17th Kilometre to get into the Highway No.1096, Mae Rim – Samung Line. After that, as soon as you reach the 15th Kilometre, turn right at Baan Pong Yaek before continuing straight for about 6 kilometres. From then on you should find the sign that show you the way to ‘Nong-Hoi Royal Project’, just follow the arrow to the right. Not so long after that, you will find Mon Jam. Don’t worry about the path. It may be a slope, but it is not too high to go. Your vehicle will pass it for sure.
Nearby Place
Not too far from Mon Jam, there is a place called ‘Doi Mon Long’. It is a high cliff and one of the most beautiful sightseeing spots in Chiang Mai. Even the route leading you there may not be smooth as it should be, but be assured that you will want to go thought it anyway. You don’t want to miss the beauty of this place.
