For those who love leisure and cute atmosphere of a farm, this probably be your best choice. This cafe is mainly decorated with white color, causing it to look like a farm from a fairy tale. This is not just a cafe, but also a shelter. It is decorated in modern-loft style and located in the middle of grass field. If you wish for the words ‘slow life’, then you must go. The atmosphere is natural. There is no air conditioners, but instead, fans. Don’t worry, the weather will not be hot, because the windows are opened all the time and there is also outdoor area. Anyway, the foods are fabulous, both meal dishes and desserts.

  1. Sala Cafe

The cafe appears as a nice wooden house, being surrounded with trees and garden. You can choose to sit under the roof of the cafe, feel cool wind at the terrace, or sip a cup of coffee nearby the garden.

Service Hours: Everyday from 8:00-18:00

Location: It is located on the old Mae Rim-Samoeng Road. Start your trip from Chiang Mai-Fang Road. Keep driving and turn left into a block just before Mae-Sa Waterfall Intersection. Continue the same route until you pass Darapirom Forest Monastery, then you should see the water supply office. Be patient and keep going a little bit further and turn left into another block. From that point, you should pass the water pumping factory. Continue for about 400 metres, you will find a junction. Notice the sign ‘Sala Cafe’ carefully and turn left. Don’t worry, you will arrive soon. Shortly after turning into the block, you will see green signs and that is where the cafe is.

  1. Tita Gallery

This cafe is a gallery itself. It doesn’t just provide you cakes, coffee and other kinds of foods, but is also decorated with many gorgeous artworks. The atmosphere is quite vintage, but stunning. You can choose to sit indoor or outdoor.

  1. Homestyle Kitchen And Bakery

This is another perfect place for those who love the words ‘slow life’. The cafe looks like a little cottage. So cute, of course. You can sit down at a table to drink nice hot beverage. Or you can lie down on a bench in the middle of the garden. Best of all, there will be live music performances every Saturday and Sunday.
