Wat Kade Ka Ram is located nearby Ping River. The Buddha’s relics ‘Chedi Kade Kaew Chula Manee’ is inside the temple. It was believed by ancient Lanna people that if you were born in year of the dog, and you pay respect to the Buddha’s relics, your life will meet success and happiness.

In the past, Wat Kade Ka Ram was a succesful commercial district. It was an enormous community, exactly. Ping River also played the big role, as it provided resource for people from both sides of the river. You should have seen the picture of villagers trading goods. How to get there 

Wat Kade Ka Ram is located on Charoenrad Road, Muang County. You should start your trip from Chiangmai downtown and then cross Nawarat Bridge. After that, turn left and keep going along Ping River until you pass Good View Restaurant and Riverside for about 200 metres. Then you will see a junction. Just turn right at that point and you will see the temple.
