Mae Yen waterfall is located in Mae Hi District, Pai County, Mae Hong Son Province. To get there, you better be in Mae Hi District first. Try to look for the direction sign that tell you to walk on your feet. Yes. Just follow it. The route may be a little bit rough. You have to wear proper shoes and it will be best to hire a guide.

You should not miss the big pagoda at this temple. The pagoda is built in Shan style and surrounded with minor Mon pagodas. You can pay respect to all these. The temple is easily accessible, as it is about 3.38 kilometres away from the waterfall.
This is a lovely shopping district. It sells many types of goods: clothes, foods, souvenirs. It’s small but joyful. You can go there anytime from 16:00-22:00, only 3.54 kilometres away from the waterfall.
