There are many places for you in Chiang Mai if you want to have fun with rubber rafting or Bamboo Rafting. You can go by yourself or book a tour package. Mae-Tang river is an interesting choice. Mae Wang is also a popular one for sailing a bamboo raft. Kok River shouldn’t be skipped, if you want to sail a bamboo raft and notice the life of locals at the same time. However, you should remember that a bamboo raft doesn’t have railings or edges. Therefore you should sit still, not bouncing around, during your trip if you don’t want to fall into water.
If you follow all safety rules, sailing a raft, both bamboo raft and rubber raft, will be your fun and joyful activity. You will feel happy with traveling along nice and cool water source, with green trees and mountains all around you. These are all beautiful things more than you can ever imagines.
